My confetti-style floral artwork is a vibrant and dynamic exploration of texture, colour, and form, utilising both acrylics and oils to capture the beauty of nature in an expressive, almost playful manner. The technique I employ is unique, involving not just traditional paintbrushes but also the direct engagement of my fingers to apply the paint. This creates a tactile connection, allowing for a spontaneity and organic flow that brushes alone can’t achieve. The process of using both fingers and brushes brings an intriguing duality to my work.
