Cancellation Policy

Art Workshop Booking and Refund Policy 1. Minimum Participation Requirement: The workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants to take place. If fewer than 10 participants are booked, the workshop will be canceled, and all participants will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed 48 hours before the scheduled workshop date. 2. Refund Policy for Cancellations by Participants: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop's scheduled start time. Refunds will not be available for requests made less than 24 hours before the event. 3. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 4. Workshop Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organisers, participants will be notified as soon as possible. All participants will receive a full refund if the workshop is cancelled by the organisers. 5. Changes to the Workshop Schedule: The workshop organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or location of the workshop. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified, and refund options will be provided.
